When encountering the following circumstances, you may tip off or reflect the situation to the administration
☆   Various administration agencies underwriting the project and procurement work involving bid rigging, improperly restricting the bid specification, qualification rigging impropriety.
☆   Various agencies’ project and procurement cases involving untruthful acceptance inspection, falsely declaring the price or quantity and other illegal matters.
☆   Administration employees seizing rendering official duty to solicit for bribe, or attempt to illegally cover up after accepting bribery.
☆   Administration employees colluding with relatives or specific individuals in conspiring self-profiting, fraud, to derive improper gains.
☆   Administration employees seizing whose position to defraud monetary gains.
☆   Administration employees seizing positional power to accept gifts or entertainment from businesses or members of the public.
☆   Administration employees utilizing government facility, resources to extort personal gains.
☆   Tempering, forging credential documents or official seal to derive personal gain, and sufficing to inflict harm on others.
☆   Your valuable input on various administration agencies’ operating processes prone to fraud.
Corruption, graft tipoff incentive measures
As stipulated per the existing Executive Yuan-promulgated “Incentives for Protecting the Tipoff of Corruption and Breach of Fiduciary Duty Measures”, for those tipping off corruption, graft, which the court has rendered a guilty verdict, the government will issue a tipoff payout, depending on the circumstance of the court judgment, with the amount to be over NT$300,000 and up to NT$10 million, with the standards as follows:

Imprisonment sentence of over 15 years, imprisonment for life, death sentence Over six million seven hundred thousand dollars and up to ten million dollars
An imprisonment term of over ten years and up to fifteen years Over four million dollars and up to six million seven hundred thousand dollars
An imprisonment term of over seven years and up to ten years Over two million eight hundred thousand dollars and up to four million dollars
An imprisonment term of over five years and up to seven years Over two million dollars and up to two million eight hundred thousand dollars
An imprisonment term of over three years and up to five years Over one million four hundred thousand dollars and up to two million dollars
An imprisonment term of over one year and up to three years Over eight hundred thousand dollars and up to one million four hundred thousand dollars
An imprisonment term of up to one year, detention, penalty fine Over three hundred thousand dollars and up to eight hundred thousand dollars
In addition, once the initial trial court judgment renders a guilty version, one-third of the tipoff payout is released, and the rest is released once the court guilty judgment has been confirmed.Of released payout, except the tipoff individual is found with fraudulent act, with a confirmed judgment, it is not retroactively recuperated.
Correction, graft tipoff protection measures
The foresaid measures also stipulate that the agency accepting the tipoff is obligated to uphold the confidentiality of the tipoff individual’s name, age, place of residence of place of home.The tipoff individual’s tipoff letter, depositions or other information, unless deemed absolutely necessary, shall be retained separately, and are not included in the investigative file. Any leak, penalty or penal action shall apply per the Criminal Code and other peripheral laws and regulations.
